i killed a pig.
this recipe whips up pretty quickly and had a cook time of, max, 30 minutes. if you have the foresight to prepare the marinade the night before, you'll be sitting pretty for a quick weeknight supper
Boneless Sesame Pork Chops
2 one-inch thick Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Sesame Oil
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Cloves Minced Fresh Garlic
1 Inch Minced Fresh Ginger
Add all ingredients to a gallon sized bag and place in the refrigerator overnight.
when ready to cook. get a cast iron grill pan or grill to medium heat. remove chops from the marinade and place on grill for 6 minutes. turn chops over and grill 6 more minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 165
serve with grilled green beans and onions
bask in the meaty glory of this dish and enjoy!
double points if you flipped every three minutes and got criss-crossing grill marks.
