and guess what the selling point on them was for me? the don't need to be refrigerated. i picked these tasty crusts up on my lunch at work and had everything else i needed at home. no kneading, no waiting, just pizza on the grill. glorious.
2 Mama Maria Flat Bread Square Pizza Crusts
1 Can ro*tel tomatoes and green chilies
fresh basil, oregano, thyme, sage and Parsley
4 Beef Steak Tomatoes
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz Fresh mozzarella
Olive or Grape seed Oil
Anchovies, Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, spinach, ect.
preheat grill to medium and grease your grated thoroughly. i Highly recommend rubbing half a peeled onion over them as well. you wouldn't believe how clean it gets the grill and the smell is amazing!
have all of your toppings on hand an by the side of the grill, brush both sides of the crust with oil.
place the crust on the grill and layer ingredients in this order: sliced tomatoes, optional toppings, cheese, spices, and ro*tel tomatoes.
close the lid and cook until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted (10-15 minutes). slice the pizzas onto a cutting board, serve with a garden salad and enjoy your simple, delicious evening.
