Easy Crock Pot Broth
2-4 Cups Vegetable Scrap
1 Tablespoon Each: Thyme, Rosemary, Celery Seed, Oregano, Basil
3 Bay leaves
2 Cups (or More) Bone, Skin, Fat, or other Meat Scrap
Add all ingrediants to a crockpot and copok on low for 8-10 hours. strain, chill, skim and use for ultimate soup creations!
Feel free to omit or add your favorite spices, or taylor the spices you use to the taste of the broth you want to produce. i have add red pepper and cayenne for great chili broths

i have always liked the good old fashioned 'Crock Pot' crock pot. it what my mom used....plus this on has a clip on lid for taking to 'eat-overs'
